Can I use a SSL certificate from another provider?

3Essentials customers may use SSL certificates provided by any Certificate Issuing Authority (CA)under the following conditions:  
  • (preferred) The customer provides the existing certificate and private key in a PEM format file.
  • The customer provides the existing certificate in a PFX export file which includes the private key. Assuming the PFX is protected with a password, you provide us the password.
