Problem: You receive the following error message when connecting via FTP: "530 Not logged in, access denied."

Solution: This indicates you have implemented our FTP-ACL solution, and you're attempting to FTP from an IP address that you did not authorize on the FTP-ACL list.  Please contact our support team and ntoify them of the changes you'd like to make to your FTP-ACL access list, and be sure to include your DOMAIN NAME and the FTP USER you are using.
