Problem:

• Logging into Plesk > domain > mydomain.com > MAIL and re-entering my plesk username/password on the Mail Management, I get the following error:
• msxml3.dll error '800c0008' 
• System error: -2146697208  /xml.asp,  line X

Solution:

• This is a problem with our custom integration components for plesk and smartermail.  Please open a support ticket, provide the exact error, and reference this KB article, and our support team can resolve the error for you.
