Issue

When you go to your osCommerce site and click add item to cart, the item does not show in your cart and the cart remains empty.

Resolution

This resolution applies to Windows Servers only.

1. Login to your PLESK control panel

2. Click your domain name then click the setup icon.

3. Locate the php setting near the bottom of the page. Uncheck the (run as ISAPI extension)

4. And then click OK
