Different 3Essentials servers run different software as the mail servers... the following article only applies to those servers utilizing Horde as the webmail solution.

Symptom

When you send a new email from horde, it does not show in the sent-mail Folder.

Resolution

1. Login to horde for the specific mailbox
2. Click Options
3. Click Personal Information
4. Select your identity (if there is more than one)
5. Click Edit your identity
6. Check the box "Save sent mail"
7. Click the Create button
