For customers that wish to utilize our services to host websites in languages other than english, 3Essentials has the following policy regarding functionality and support:

To support customers wishing to use 3Essentials hosting to host non-english based websites, our servers are running Windows 2003 Ent Server with supplemental language support installed for complext script and right-to-left languages (including Thai), and support for East Asian languages. With these components installed, we have many customers that successfully host websites and databases with us which are in chinese, japanese, arabic, hebrew, and other languages. However, our services were designed for english language only, and we cannot guarantee complete compatibility or functionality in other languages. Additionally, our support of hosting in other languages is limited to "best effort" basis only. As such, new customers are welcome to try hosting of web and databases on our services, and if they find the functionality is not fully provided, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, and we'll be glad to refund their hosting fees paid within that first 30 days.

3Essentials will also post articles to the "Language" category of the knowledge-base with any feedback provided from our non-english hosting customers that may be of benefit to other non-english hosting customers that have just started hosting with us.
