3Essentials does not have "contracts" for it's hosting.  We offer a month-to-month option with no commitment or obligation beyond the current month.  To offer additional value and savings to our customers, we do offer discounts for annual prepayment options.  The following details the available payment options and the terms which apply: 

• Month to month
  • 3Essentials will bill your credit card each month in advance for that month's hosting.  If you cancel your hosting plan at any time, for any reason during your first 30 days, our 30 day money back guarantee applies, and you'll be refunded your entire first month's hosting fees.*  After the first 30 days, you can cancel your hosting plan at any time, and 3Essentials will deactivate your account and cease future billing activity.  No refunds will be made on the balance of the current month.
• 1 year prepayment (or 2 year prepay, when available)
  • 3Essentials will bill your credit card for 1 year of hosting service in advance at the time of signup.  Discounts are given on annual prepayments (see current plan prices for details).  3Essentials will auto-renew your account annually on the same date each year, and will auto-bill the same credit card on your annual renewal date.  If you cancel your hosting plan at any time, for any reason during your first 30 days, our 30 day money back guarantee applies, and you'll be refunded the entire year's hosting fees.*  After the first 30 days, you can cancel your hosting plan at any time, and 3Essentials will deactivate your account and cease future billing activity.  No refunds will be made on the balance of the current year's (or two years) prepayment.

* Domain Name Registration and SSL Certificates are seperate products which are not covered by the 30 day money back guarantee, and as such are not eligible for refunds.  The 30 day money back guarantee does not include refunds for customers who have violated our Terms of Service; customers who violate Terms of Service are no eligible for refunds under the 30 day money back guarantee.  The terms of service can be found at http://www.3essentials.com/tos.asp.
