Sadly, the aspSmart line of products from aspSmart.com has been discontinued, including support.  As such, 3Essentials will be dropping the aspSmart mail component from it's servers.  Instead, 3Essentials recommends using the JMail component, also installed on our servers.  The JMail component is similarly easy to use, and is well documented.  Please refer to the following KB article which provides sample code for using the basic JMAIL component to send a mail via an ASP script, and provides the complete documentation of the JMail object model for those wishing to use some of the more advanced features:
