A rare issue, but a few 3Essentials customers have encountered a large number (100s or 1000s) of empty mail contacts when viewiing contacts for their mail account through their MailEnable Webmail interface. This has only occured on Webmail contacts, and only in the MailEnable brand of the webmail interface.
This is likely due to a import of a contacts list in csv format which encountered a problem. Regardless of the cause, the Support team can resolve this problem for you. Simply submit a Support Ticket notifying us of the issue, and we can resolve in short order.
Remember that Mail Enable's Contact Import function has the following limitations:
- a CSV file can only contain 15 contacts at a time for import
- your CSV should only contain the fieldnames that Mail Enable supports... if your CSV (exported from another mail client) has additional fields, edit the CSV with a spreadsheet editor to remove the extraneous columns/fields. |
