Customers on our servers using Plesk and Smarter Mail (currently web12) may experience problems with mailing lists not responding to mails sent to the mailing list command server. This is possibly due to the usage of an incorrect email address for the command server:

The SmarterMail help documentation lists the email address for the command server as: However, Plesk actually sets this to a different value by default. The address set by Plesk is actually Emails sent to the STServ address will likely receive no response/no action and result in no changes to mailing list configuration/subscriptions.

Try sending commands to this address, and see if our problems with mailing list commands are resolved. If not, please submit a Support Ticket detailing what you are experiencing.
