Question: Are Office Web Components (OWC11, OWC10, OWC9) installed on 3Essentials servers?

Answer:

• Shared Hosting: 3Essentials does not provide OWC components on Shared Hosting servers.
• Dedicated Managed Server: OWC is not part of our standard build, but we will install at request of these customers.  Step-by-step installation instructions must be provided by the customer. 
• Dedicated Unmanaged Server: Unmanaged customers have RDP access and administrative logins for their servers, and as such, can install any software they wish (and have properly licensed).
