Yes, we can change the collation for the MSSQL database(both 2000 and 2005). You need to submit a support request and specify the collation you want to change to. We will be making the this change for you. However, altering the default collation of a database does not change the collations of the columns in any existing user-defined tables. This can be changed with ALTER TABLE command. For changing the collation for the tables you will have to connect to the MSSQL database either using DB Webadmin (from the Plesk control panel) or using Secure Enterprise Manager(Refer KB 245 or 246 depending on your database) Once you're connected to the database you can refer instructions from Microsoft to change the collation for the table
