I have a dedicated IP address on my site, but my site won't come up when accessing by IP (i.e., http://x.x.x.x)... why?

Answer:

Plesk just doesn't set domains with dedicated IP addresses up this way, but we can make this adjustment for you manually on the server.  Simply submit a support request referencing this KB article, and ask for us to set this up on your domain.  Be sure to specify the domain name or names in question!
