For customers with multi-domain plans who are on servers with the 7.0.3 version of Plesk for Windows, we have disabled the ADD DOMAIN feature due to known issues with it.  To add a domain, simply submit a support ticket with the following request:

• Please add new domain (insert domain name here) to my existing control panel account.

The support will coordinate with the provisioning team to have the domain added to your control panel.
