Error: An error occurred while trying to connect to SiteBuilder. Please contact the Plesk server administrator.

This error can occur when the PLESK Client Account Password does not match the password that is stored in the SiteBuilder Database. 

For Shared Hosting or Managed Server Customers Please Contact Support.

For Dedicated Server Customers Who Have Admin Access to their PLESK Installation Follow the Below Procedure.

To see if this is indeed what the problem is:
1. login to PLESK as Admin
2. Click on the SiteBuilder Logs Link on the left nav menu
3. Look through the logs to see if you see a reference to the Plesk client account username

To Resolve:
1. Simply make a note of the current plesk client account password.
2. Change the plesk client account password via PLESK
3. Then change it back to the original password.

This should resolved the error.
