Specific Plesk features may have been modified due to underlying security vulnerabilities which currently are not sufficiently addressable by other methods.  Currently affected servers and features are:

• WEB22
  • Manage my files and folder & Plesk File Manager - removed/disabled.  For customers who used the File Manager for EDITOR functions, you should switch to a desktop based editor for editing your files.   For customers who used the File Manager to upload files to your hosting space, please use an FTP client.  Some suggestions are (google/yahoo search any of these terms or simply "ftp client" for these and additional FTP client software: FireFTP plug-in for Firefox, SmartFTP, CuteFTP, WsFTP
  • Web Directories  - removed/disabled.  For customers who accessed functions through the Web Directories icon, please submit a support request asking our support team to make the necessary change for you (default document search order, virtual directory settings, IIS application settings). 
• WEB6
  • The plesk control panel itself has been taken offline for an undetermined amount of time.  Should you need any specific Control Panel functionality, please notify us, and we will either make the change for you, or we will work with you to migrate you to another server.
• OTHER servers
  • If your server isn't listed here, then no feature/function has been disabled related to the security concerns noted above.  If you're unable to use or find a specific feature/function, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
